For plumbers, sparkies, builders and every trade in between

Every customer.
One inbox.

WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and email land in one list, with one thread per customer. No more scrolling four apps to find who asked about Thursday.

Free while in beta. iPhone first, Android soon.

Works with the apps your customers already message you on.

Set up in a tea break

Connect once. Then it just fills up.

  1. Step 1

    Type your work email

We work out who hosts it, Google, Zoho, iCloud or BT, and take you to the right sign-in. Then tap to add WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram.

  2. Step 2

    Pick who is a customer

Newsletters, receipts and suppliers stay out. New senders wait for a quick yes or no, and people you've already replied to are ticked for you.

  3. Step 3

    Reply from one place

Your reply goes back on whichever app the customer used. They don't install anything or notice anything different.

One person, one thread

Paula messages on WhatsApp, then emails the photos. One Inbox spots the same name and puts it all in one conversation. Got it wrong? Tap Undo.

Your inbox, minus the noise

Merchant offers, invoices and delivery updates never show up. When someone new emails, you decide once and we remember.

Swipe it done

Job booked? Swipe the conversation away. It comes straight back if the customer messages again, so nothing slips through after the invoice.

Questions trades ask us

Will it work with my email?

Gmail, Google Workspace, Zoho, iCloud, Yahoo, BT and most UK providers work today. Outlook and Microsoft 365 are coming next.

What about text messages?

Texts stay in your phone's Messages app for now. Apple doesn't let other apps read them.

Do my customers need to do anything?

No. They keep messaging you the way they do now, and your replies arrive from your usual number, Page or address.

How much does it cost?

It's free while we're in beta. We'll tell beta testers about pricing well before anything changes.

Stop hunting for messages.

Join the beta and we'll send you a TestFlight invite for your iPhone.
